Early Access Program

AI features in Syskit Point are available through our Early Access program - a public preview open to all Syskit Point Cloud customers. You get early access to new AI features, and your feedback shapes them.

This page explains what's included, how to opt in, and what to expect.

What Early Access Means​

  • Open to every Cloud customer.

    • Early Access is a public preview, no invitation or sign-up process. Any Syskit Point Cloud customer can opt in by enabling AI features in Settings.

  • All AI features are included from the start.

    • Opting in gives you the complete set: Point Assistant, Ticketing Integrations, Syskit Point MCP Server, Workspace Summaries, and Naming Recommendations, plus the machine learning features (Sensitivity Label Recommendations), which are part of standard functionality and need no opt-in.

  • Free during Early Access.

    • AI features are included at no additional cost during the Early Access period.

  • Fair usage.

    • There are no fixed usage quotas during Early Access — AI features are provided under fair-usage principles.
    • To keep the preview stable and reliable for everyone, Syskit reserves the right to limit or block AI functionality for any customer during the early preview.

  • Things may change.

    • Feature behavior and scope can change during Early Acces.
    • We'll communicate changes through release notes.

How to Opt In​

That's it. AI features become available immediately after enabling.

Feedback​

Feedback is what Early Access is for and it directly shapes how these features evolve.

The Syskit product team will reach out to participating customers to ask for feedback, via email or short forms. You can also choose to participate in a short interview to share your experience in more depth. It's entirely optional.

The most valuable feedback is specific: what you asked or did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
